- Product Order Number
- Reason for the return
We will then authorise your return.
Changed your Mind
You can only return an item if it has not been opened or used. This must be returned within 30 days of the order for a full refund.
You will need to return the order to us at your own cost, by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
You will be under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be held liable for damage to them until we receive the product at our warehouse. Therefore, we suggest that you insure the return shipment. We also suggest you retain proof of sending/return, in case of a dispute.
FAULTY
If your order turns out to be faulty we must be contacted within 48 hours from receiving the goods.
